Kitchen staff is included in all packages. Additional wait staff can be arranged. Food preparation, service execution and post-event clean-up are all covered. We bring all necessary equipment to execute the menu.

Absolutely. We provide generous portions designed to ensure all guests are satisfied throughout the event. We have never had a complaint about insufficient quantities.
We currently provide food catering only. We are happy to recommend trusted beverage suppliers and will coordinate with them to ensure your event runs seamlessly.
Service duration varies depending on event size, menu selection and format. We confirm all timing details during the consultation process. Typically, a cocktail event runs 2–4 hours.
Yes. Our team arrives early to set up and ensures the venue is left clean and organised at the end of the event. We take pride in leaving every venue in excellent condition.
We service Sydney Metro, Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Nelson Bay. For events outside these areas, please contact us to discuss availability and travel requirements.
Our minimum spend is $1,500. Pricing starts from approximately $65 per person depending on menu selection, guest numbers and event requirements.
